Verifying Your coverage

​​In order to best serve you we can verify your insurance benefits before you arrive.  To do so, we need the following information: 

• Insurance carrier’s name e.g. BCBS
• Member ID
• 'Provider’ phone number
• The spelling of your name, as it appears on your insurance card
• Your date of birth

We will contact you as soon as the benefits are established.

Coverage and 'Discounts'

​To accommodate as many in need of help as possible, Bob participates with most insurance networks and accepts Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts.  We submit these claims, not you!  Some will have full coverage for acupuncture and discounts are applicable for those who are not actually covered.  Discounts are percentage based, which is dependent on your insurance company.  Contact us for your discount percentage.
